Join the Ridge Area Youth Network (RAYN) brings together youth-serving organizations, community partners, and local leaders to collaborate, share resources, and create meaningful opportunities for youth and families across the Ridge. Our goal is to strengthen connections among agencies and engage youth through collaborative, community-driven activities that promote:
- Resilience
- Leadership
- Healthy Development
- Family Engagement
- Positive Community Connections
What We Do – RAYN provides a space for organizations to work together by:
- Bringing youth from multiple agencies and programs together through shared events, activities, and service opportunities
- Planning and hosting collaborative events for youth and families
- Sharing resources, ideas, expertise, and best practices
- Supporting and strengthening existing youth-focused programs
- Reviving valued community traditions and creating new opportunities that address the unique needs of Ridge youth
Participating organizations are encouraged to actively involve youth from their own programs in RAYN activities. By bringing youth together across organizations, we can build stronger relationships, expand opportunities, foster new connections, and create a greater collective impact than any one agency can achieve alone.
Time Commitment
- Bi-monthly Meetings: 1-2 hours per session
- Collaborative Events: Participation as needed, including encouraging youth from your organization to participate when appropriate
- Ongoing Communication: Occasional check-ins to support planning, coordination, and resource sharing
