Case Management Support

For decades, Boys & Girls Clubs of North Valley has been a trusted partner for local youth and families. We know that sometimes a young person’s success depends on more than what happens at school or at the Club. When families face challenges such as housing instability, food insecurity, transportation barriers, family crises, or other hardships, our Case Management team provides personalized support, advocacy, and connections to community resources.

By working alongside youth and caregivers, we help families overcome barriers, build stability, and create brighter futures.

Support May Include:

• Resource referrals and community connections
• Food, clothing, and basic needs assistance
• Crisis intervention and stabilization support
• Advocacy and system navigation
• Goal setting and family support planning
• Diversion and restorative justice services
• Family reunification support

Who COuld Submit a Referral

Parents, caregivers, schools, and community partners may refer a youth or family for services.
